Standard Warranty Information

Our products are top quality name brand merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you may return the items under applied warranty, within 30 business days of delivery.

All returns must be pre-approved by Luxury Spreads and a return authorization number will be given. Do not simply ship item(s) back because they will be refused (please allow 24 hours for request to be processed). All returns must be prepaid with an insured carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx etc.) and in the original packaging (Sorry we can not accept returns sent C.O.D.). You are responsible for the safe return & shipping costs. We will not accept returns if merchandise is used or washed. Due to Department of Health regulation we cannot accept returns on open packages of sheets, or pillow cases.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will notify you via email and issue you an exchange, store credit, or for refunds under $100 we will credit your credit card or for orders over $100 we will issue you a check for your returned item(s), packaging and product must be returned in new condition and properly repackaged or a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
