1) How Your Payment Is Processed& who are payment partner is
Credit card information is collected on the web site through a secure 128bit encrypted page. Once collected all orders are processed by hand and manually entered. They are NOT processed at the time orders are placed. We believe this gives us more control over the transaction and allows us the spot suspicious orders before they are placed. In the past this has allowed us to minimize fraudulent orders and protect the consumer from identity theft.

2) Record Keeping Policy
All our records are stored in a secure database limited only to Responsible partners.All credit card numbers are encrypted to protect your information. In the unlikely event that the database becomes compromised your personal information will be secure.

A Paper copy of your order with your complete information EXCEPT for you credit card number will be printed and stored.

ALL credit card numbers will be deleted after 30 days from the date of the order

The Luxury Spreads site is a custom created web site application that uses Microsoft's Active Server Pages (ASP) on a Windows 2000 server. All information is collected and stored on a secure Microsoft SQL Database Server.

Passwords & access to customer information is highly controlled & limited to only those people who require the information in order to perform the everyday duties of the company.
