SHIPPING & TRACKING
Where will my order be shipping from?
Most orders will ship from the manufacturer directly to you. All manufactures are located here in the United States with the exception of Lawrence Home Fashions, which is located in Canada, and ships to the U.S. through New York.
What will the method of shipping for my order be?
Orders will ship either UPS, FedEx, DHL or United State Postal by way of standard ground depending on the manufacture it is shipping from. When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number which will also state what shipping method was used.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
When your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail within 48 hours that contains your tracking number and the shipping method that was used.
How long will my order take to ship?
The following shipment lead times are based on the standard turn around time from the manufacture and may fluctuate with supply and demand.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. If you need your items shipped to another country, please contact us to make shipping arrangements.
Can I change my shipping information?
We can easily change your shipping information before your order has shipped. Once it is in transit, in some cases we may be able to change it and a small processing fee from the shipper may be forwarded to you. Please use the track order button to contact us with your new information.
My Order was partial shipped; why, and what does that me to me?
In some cases we may split up your order if we have some of the items in stock, in which case you will receive two shipping confirmations. Orders placed for products from more than one manufacture will also be shipped separately from each individual manufacture.
What else should I know about the shipment of my order?
All shipping rates and leadtimes apply to one round of shipping per order only. If the original delivery attempts are unsuccessful and new shipping arrangements need to be made for any reason, the new shipping charges and fees from the shipping provider will be applied to your order. Please be sure to verify that the shipping address you provide is correct and that if a signature is required on the shipping of your order, you have provided an address where someone will be available to receive your package. Though changes to the shipping information of your order will be processed immediately by Luxury Spreads upon receiving your request, please be aware that the new information also needs to be processed by the manufacture and with the shipping provider and some "last minute" requests may not be able to get processed prior to the order shipping. Changes to the shipping information made after your order has shipped may not take affect depending on where in transit your order is and on the approval of the shipping provider,a processing fee may be applied to your order to redirect your shippment to a new address.
My order is time sensitive, how can I be sure that I will recieve it on time?
The approximate ship times for orders are displayed next to each collection. These ship times reflect how long the wait on each order may take prior to shipping. When purchasing a time sensitive order, please take into consideration these approximate ship times along with a transit time of 5 days. Approximate ship times may vary depending on availability. Luxury Spreads suggests to all customers with time sensitive orders to give themselves at least a 5 day cushion above and beyond the approximate ship and transit times to account for any possible delays. Some orders may be able to be shipped with expedited service for an additional charge. For this service, please call for a quote.
I was told there maybe be a restocking fee for my unshipped order, why is this and how do I avoid it?
In some cases, additional information will be needed to ship your order after it has been packaged; for instance, if the shipping information you provided is invalid at the time of processing your shipping label. In these cases, you will be notified by email and asked to provide additional information. Your expedited response is necessary to avoid restocking fees. Most manufactures will hold your order on the shipping dock up to 48 hours before the order is returned to inventory. To avoid a restocking fee, please respond with the appropriate information as soon as possible. If your order does not have to be returned to inventory, a restocking fee will not be charged.
My order was shipped even though it was cancelled, what do I need to do next?
On occasion, and order may ship though it was canceled. If you receive and order you have canceled, please contact us right away. If we receive notice that you have received an order that you were not supposed to get, you credit card will be charged for the order (if you have already been refunded) and a request to have the items shipped back at our expense will be sent to you by email. If we do not receive a response with in 5 business days, it will be assumed that you have decided to keep the order. If you do respond, we will issue a return shipping label to you and refund the full amount charged as soon as the items are received.
My order is on back order, how will I know when it will ship?
Items that are on back order will have a notice on the item page with the approximate date of the back order. When your order has been shipped, you will recieved an email notification with the tracking number. You may request updates on your order and a representative will respond with the most current back order information. Back order information will also be updated on the item page. Due to the nature of back orders, back order inofrmation may change and we suggest that you check back regularly for the newest information.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
When will my payment be processed?
Payments will be charged at the time that the order is processed and sent to the manufacturer for fulfillment. Orders will not be processed until the payment information has cleared. Please make sure that you have submitted your payment information accurately. If your payment information does not clear, you will be notified by e-mail and your order will be placed on hold.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Google Checkout. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us at the time you wish to place your order.
Is my payment information safe?
When you place your order, your information will be transmitted over a 128 bit SSL secure connection. Your credit card information is encrypted when stored for added security. Only authorized personnel have access to your payment information.
I have/will process my order using paypal or google checkout, what can I expect?
If you pay with PayPal, we will process your order as soon as the payment is cleared within PayPal(usually within 24 hours); you will receive your regular emails from us as your order moves through our system. If you plan on paying with Google checkout, your order will be processed as soon as your payment has cleared. With Google checkout, your order will reside within the Google system instead of our internal system and the track your order feature on our website will not work for you. Your emails will be generated from Google. Please let us know if you paid with Google when contacting us regarding your order.

PRICING
I found the same product from another retailer for a lower price, will you match their price?
We will price match to other online authorized vendors once we have verified the price. We do not price match with auction sites or sites that we believe are selling irregular or b-stock items. The product must be activly for sale on the competitors web site. To take advantage of our price match program, contact one of our team members with the item you are interested in as well as the web address where you saw the items advertised less and a team memeber will be happy to process your request. Price matched items must be exactly the same as the item you are puchasing from us. If we are running a free shipping promotion and our competitor is charging shipping or other fees, those fees will be calculated in to the price match total.
How do I take advantage of your 30day price match guarantee?
If you happen to come across another authorized vendor or find that Luxury Spreads is selling the same products at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase we will price match the difference. To take advantage of our price match program, contact one of our team members with the item your are intrested in as well as the web address where you saw the items advertised for less and a team memeber will be happy to process your request. Price matched items must be exactly the same as the item you are puchasing from us and activly for sale on the competitors web site. If we are running a free shipping promotion and our competitor is charging shipping or other fees, those fees will be calculated in to the price match total.
Can I get a rain check for products that are currently on sale?
When you add items into your shopping cart. Our system will save the information along with the price for 30 days. Simply return to Luxury Spreads from the same computer and click on shopping cart you will be able to view and order these items at the reserved price.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
How can I get more information on the product I am interested in?
Luxury Spreads team members are standing by between 10AM and 6PM Pacific Standard Time between Monday and Friday to answer any of your questions. Swatches of the material on select collections may be available upon request. Luxury Spreads represents all of the products on our website according to the manufactures requirements.
I would like coordinating window treatments and/or accessories pillows, but I dont know which option works best for me. What is the difference between the available options?

Will my product be irregular or B-Stock?
Luxury Spreads does not offer irregular or B-stock products. All liquidation items are sold from unused inventory.
What are the care instructions for my product?
Although every brand that we carry has different care instructions, most comforters and duvets are dry clean only. We do our best to keep the care instructions up to date on each style.
Has my product passed a quality control check?
Each manufacture has their own quality control procedures for their products, to verify that they are in optimal condition before they are shipped. Manufacture defects are few and far between. If you believe your product is defective, contact Luxury Spreads immediately.
Will I need cushion inserts for my shams, euro shams, or decorative pillows?
Decorative pillows include inserts. Euro Shams will note whether they are supplied with inserts. Regular and King shams do not include inserts.
The product I am interested in only comes as a set, can I order or return any of these products individually?
All items that are sold as a set must remain as a set and can not be broken up to return or order items individually.
How can I be sure of the color of my product?
Luxury Spreads does its best to show the color of products accurately. Because of the various differences in the way monitors display color, we can not guarantee the color of a product as you see it. Please contact us to see if we have a swatch available or for a description by one of our knowledgeable team members if you are concerned about the accuracy of the color.
Can I request a sample of the product I am interested in?
Fabric samples are avaliable on select collections, please contact one of our knowledgeable team memebers to see if a swatch is avaliable for the collection you are interested in.
WARRANTEE
What is the warranty of my product?
Most Manufactures guarantee the craftmenship of their product under a limited one year warranty. Luxury Spreads carries no warranty on the products we sell but will assist you in addressing warranty issues with the manufacture. If you feel you have a warranty issue that needs to be addressed please contact Luxury Spreads immediately. Pictures or other documentation of your warranty issue may be requested to assist in resolving your case. Luxury Spreads does not guarantee the results of warranty issues addressed by the manufacture.
What are the care instruction of my product?

My product was damaged, incorrect, or missing items upon arrival, how do I have this corrected?
Please contact Luxury Spreads with a description of the issue as well as pictures or other documentation that can be used to resolve your issue. If you feel that your order was damaged or tampered with in transit, we advise that you photograph your package in the condition it was received and contact Luxury Spreads immediately.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
I want to return my order, who pays for return shipping?
In order for us to maintain our low prices and continue to offer our customers free shipping on their purchases, Luxury Spreads does not pay for return shipping on orders. Please follow the return instructions supplied under the returns and exchanges link.
Your website boasts no restocking fee or hidden charges on returns, what does this mean to me?
Luxury Spreads would like to make your shopping as worry free as possible. In order to accomplish this, we try to carry the best and easiest return policy possible. Although some of our competitors boast their return policies, many will charge a 15-25 restocking fee or charge you the original shipping if they provided free shipping.
What if the 30 days to return my order has passed, can I still return my order?
Luxury Spreads believes that 30 Days is a sufficient amount of time to return your order. If you would like to return your order, and are unsure if the 30 days to do so is up, please track your package online using the shipment tracking number provided to you when your order shipped and you should be able to view the date it arrived to you.
Your return policy says fabric can not be returned, what does this mean?
Some collections offer the fabric used in the collection by the yard, because the yards of fabric are cut to order, they are not qualified for return. When referencing fabric as an item not qualified for return, this does not mean bedspreads or sheets or other finished products made from fabric, but rather the yards of fabric itself.
Your return policy says clearance items can not be returned, what does this mean?
Clearance items are marked down significantly in order to clear these items from our inventory. Due to the markdown, these items are not eligible for return. This does not apply to standard sale items.
I want to exchange my order, how does this work?
To exchange your order please follow the instructions in our returns and exchanges page. The shipping charges on your original order are not counted as credit towards your new order and new shipping charges may apply. Exchange orders do qualify for free shipping under our current promotion if the order falls under the requirements of the promotion.
Can I cancel my order at any time?
You can cancel your order at any point until it has been packaged for shipping by the manufacture. Though Luxury Spreads will process your cancelation request immediatly upon receipt, however the cancelation request also needs to be forwarded to and process by the manufacture. Some "last minute" requests may not be able to be processed by the manufacture if your order is already on the shipping dock. Due to delays in the shipment updates which can take up to 48 hours, our representatives may need to verify that the order has not been packaged shipped prior to canceling it for you. If your order has already shipped, and you still do not want the items once you have received them, you may return them according to the instructions in our return policy.
My order has already shipped but I no longer want it, whats next?
If your order has already be shipped, but you no longer need the item(s). Please follow our standard return insructions detailed on the returns and exchanges page.
CLEARANCE & SALE PRODUCTS
Is there a difference between clearance and sale products?
Clearance items are all located on the clearance page. These items have a significant discount in order to remove them from inventory. Clearance items are not eligible for return. Our regular products on sale are available for return under our standard return policy.
I see very few products listed under the collection I am interested in, are their more products available for this collection?
Our products are shipped direct from the manufacture which requires us to carry very little inventory, we are able to list every product available from the manufacture. Collections in the clearance section may be an exception, as we only display the items we have in stock. If you come across a collection with no items listed, this collection may have been discontinued and may no longer be avaliable. Please contact a representative for avalibility.
Why is the product I am interested in on clearance? Is something wrong with it?
If the product you are interested in is on clearance, it simply means that the item has been discountinued by the manufacture and we are trying to remove it from our or the manufactures inventory. There is nothing wrong with these items.

GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION
I lost my order number, how can I retrieve it?
To retrieve your order number please click on the Track Order link and enter your email address that was used on your order, this should pull up your order along with your order number. If you did not include an email address for your order, please contact one of our knowledgeable team members to assist you in locating your order information.

We can easily change any information on your order before your order has shipped. In some cases, your order may need to be canceled and a new one will need to be placed, in this case the standard leadtimes apply beginning from the date your new order is placed. Please use the track order button to contact us with your new information.
I need to look up a previous order, how can I do that?
You can look up any order you have placed by using your order number on the track order page. If you have more than one order you would like to view, enter the email address you placed your orders with on the track your order page to access the order information. If you did not provide an email address when placing your orders, contact one of our knowledgeable team members for assistance.
CORRESPONDENCE
I have not received my email notifications, why not?
If you have not received any email notifications, please click on the track order link to check to see if your email address is correct and to view the current status of your order. If the address is correct please check your spam folder or spam filter, as sometimes our emails will be routed as spam if we are not in your email contact list.
I do not see your email address listed, why not?
Unfortunately, because of the large amount of spam that Luxury Spreads was receiving by having a published email address, we have moved all our email correspondence to form mail, however, you may still contact us using one of the following convenient methods; the contact page, the track order page, through the live chat or our toll free number.
How long will it take you to respond to my email?
All emails are responded to on a first come first serve basis and are generally completed within 24 business hours. Due to high traffic on holidays, weekends, and special promotions, responce times may vary.
